1 Minutes of last meeting agreed.
2 Apologies for Absence: Michelle Aspinall-Baker, Virginia Fassnidge
3 Noticeboard: Christmas one to be removed next week.  New one on theme of recyclable plastic to be installed. DL PH
4 Canal side Recycling: Still no news.
5 Give and Take Day: Discussions regarding the possibility of holding one at Brentford Dock are progressing.  Hugh will report at our next meeting. HP
6 Brentford Sustainable Community Strategy: Kath outlined this project: Brentford Community Council is currently devising a questionnaire to ask people and organisations involved in Brentford, in whatever capacity, what they would like to see improved in Brentford.  The questionnaire results will inform a community-owned ‘Community Strategy and Action Plan’ to help guide the Council, councillors, businesses and other service providers where support and investment should be prioritised.

Whether residents, businesses, charities or any other type of group, the Brentford Community Council would like to hear your views on what questions to ask – as well as to tell you more about the project, which is  explained at: http://www.brentfordtw8.com/default.asp?section=info&page=communitycouncil001.htm  Details will be sent to all prospective interested parties, voluntary organisations, residents groups, etc in the TW8 area very shortly. Further discussion at next meeting.
