4 New Homeowners Packs:The Waste and Recycling Team has been discussing the feasibility of producing a folder, similar to ours, to be distributed borough-wide.We have confirmed that we wish to be included in their discussions and Cindy will let us have details of the meetings. Suggestions for items to be included should be submitted now.  The plan is to make this for the whole of Hounslow but we all agree that there is something special about aiming the information to an area, our particular concern being Brentford, so it was suggested that the folder could contain the general issues and the outside cover could be directed at each area with local information in an inside pocket. Any special notes for flats/red route areas/regular housing/waste prevention etc. etc. will be considered. ALL
5 Membership: We have probably received all the returned letters and forms we can expect.  Our membership list is now up to date and some fees have been received – several people have put in standing order requests for renewal of subscriptions.
