|5||New Homeowners Packs:The Waste and Recycling Team has been discussing the feasibility of producing a folder, similar to the one brag had, to be distributed borough-wide.We have confirmed that we wish to be included in their discussions and Cindy will let us have details of the meetings. No further information at the present, we will bring forward at the next meeting when, hopefully, Cindy might have an update for us.||ALL|
|6||BRAG web site:We invited Kath to quote for doing the work to update the site and she thought £300-500 for a couple of days work would probably complete this. How long it takes would depend on whether someone would be prepared to volunteer to go through the current website page by page, checking all the links and whether all the organisations and phone numbers etc. are still correct and then supplying contact information/descriptions for the new ones. She pointed out that if it is only the content which will change then updating the data won’t take too much time, it’s finding the data in the first place. So we agreed that we, the committee and any other member who would like to help, will each go through a section of the web site, updating where necessary. We will discuss again at the next meeting. Patti to check with Kath to see how we are to advance this work.||PH KR|
|7||Noticeboard: It was suggested that we should promote Brentford Festival. Virginia said she would ask if there was a poster we could use. It was also suggested that we should join the anti-plastic bag campaign which has recently been revived as the usage has increased again, and publicise that in the noticeboard.||VF HP PH ALL|
