1 Minutes of last meeting agreed.
2 Apologies for Absence: Michelle Aspinall-Baker, Paul Richens, Samantha Langton and Jenny Illman (Brentford Dock Management), Kath Richardson, Cindy Gardener, LBH,  Rukmini West, Dilys Matthews
3 Give and Take Day, Brentford Dock: Remains in abeyance  
4 BRAG web site: Our application for Awards for All was unsuccessful.  We will consider other opportunities. ALL
5 Noticeboard: Invitations to the AGM will be the next main display inthe noticeboard.  The next BRAG project – Brentford to be a plastic bag free area – hopefully we will be able to commission a cotton bag (Ruk suggested we call it a “ brag bag” with “no plastic init”) we will pursue further after the AGM. Discuss at next meeting. ALL
6 BRAG NEWSLETTER: We have agreed that due to time pressures on us all, this will be postponed until early in the new year. In the meantime, Patti will check with Heidelberg if they would be prepared to do the printing, as before, and we will check paper prices etc. PH AD
7 “Tiffin Clubs”: Andrew would like to promote the use non disposable containers for take-away food from restaurants and fast food establishments.  Sami’s Spice, a new establishment on the High Street, has been approached with a view to starting up such a scheme and Andrew is following.  Due to excessive time and work commitments, this will be pursued later and brought forward at a future meeting. AD
10 AGM 2012: Confirmed the date of Tuesday 13 November, 7:00pm at the Docking Station, 108 High Street. Invitations to be sent to all brag members and local Councillors.  Any additional recommendations should be sent to Patti asap. ALL
11 BRAG mailing list: One of our subscribers has asked if we can change the mailing system so that correspondentswho reply, reply only to the originating individual and not to the whole list.  Recommended that we ask Kath to look into this. PH KR
12 Saturday 29 September 1 – 10 pm Wonderful Day Community event, St Paul’s Church, Brentford.   A successful event – and the evening’s music was very well received!  
13 Nappy Natter Sessions continue to be held from3:00 to 5:00 every third Thursday in the month at Brentford Children’s Centre, North Road, Brentford, a chance for mums to get together to chat about everything, including nappies!
