1 Minutes of last meeting agreed.
2 Apologies for Absence: Michelle Aspinall-Baker, Paul Richens, Samantha Langton and Jenny Illman (Brentford Dock Management), Kath Richardson, Dilys Matthews, Douglas Benford, Virginia Fassnidge
3 Give and Take Day, Brentford Dock: Remains in abeyance .  However, Cindy mentioned that LBH are planning an event for small electrical items in January.  More information later.  
4 BRAG web site: We should continue to look out for other awards or grants for which we can apply. ALL
5 Noticeboard: Invitations to the AGM are currently displayed in the noticeboard.  The next one will be a Christmas one and Cindy will have some LBH publicity material. ALL
6 BRAG NEWSLETTER: Due to the financial pressures of the current economic climateHeidelberg are unfortunately unable to help us this time. Hugh said he would search for another  possible source. HP
7 “Tiffin Clubs”: Andrew would like to promote the use non disposable containers for take-away food from restaurants and fast food establishments and has talked to Sami’s Spice, a new establishment on the High Street, with a view to starting up such a scheme. In the meantime, we have discussed with them the possibility of having our Christmas lunch there.  If you are in agreement, we should agree a date at our next meeting.  If we go between Monday and Thursday there is a special buffet menu at £6:95 per head.  It’s a bring your own bottle establishment! 8 AGM 2012: Confirmed the date of Tuesday 13 November, 7:00pm at the Docking Station, 108 High Street. Invitations have been sent to all brag members and local Councillors.  So far, no Councillors have accepted, Mel Collins did but a subsequent hospital appointment meant he had to decline.As usual, members have committed to contributing the refreshments to be served at the AGM. ALL
9 Nappy Natter Sessions: continue to be held from3:00 to 5:00 every third Thursday in the month at Brentford Children’s Centre, North Road, Brentford, a chance for mums to get together to chat about everything, including nappies!  Last month, Brentford’s was reported as the most successful of the three similar events held in the Borough!
10 Recognition Award: Hugh has arranged for a trophy to be awarded to the Management Team of Brentford Dock in recognition of their generosity to us in permitting us to use their Meeting Room for our meeting at no cost. This to be presented at the AGM. HP
11 Roadshows: Hounslow’s Recycling Team will be some organising some Road shows week commencing 10 December.  More information to follow. CG
