Noticeboard:  Louisa has not heard any more from Morrisons so has given Patti the contact details and she will draft a note to send as soon as possible.  It is outrageous that they removed our noticeboard without notifying us of their intention and giving us the opportunity to relocate it. LP PH
BRENTFORD MARKET: We will try to book a stall to share with Friends of the Earth sometime before Christmas. ALL
BRENTFORD FESTIVAL: Was a great success!  Paul to be thanked again for bringing his worms and being so informative to all the enquirers. ALL
AGM: As you all know, this will be on Tuesday 18th November. Patti to ask Natasha Epstein at the Council the title of her talk and Louisa and Thomas should let Patti know whether either or both will update us and the title.   Paul Richens has promised to give us one of his very entertaining and illuminating talks.  (Subject to be a surprise!) David Eales has agreed to tell us about Brentford Works and Adam Paul will have a few words to say about the Rubbish Diet. Docking Station has been booked and invitation has been drafted, just waiting the final details.  These will be sent to the Brentford and Syon Ward Councillors, the speakers, BRAG distribution list – anybody else? Also, it will be posted on the website.
THE RUBBISH DIET: Adam Paul very kindly came along to tell us about their work and how we can help. The principles are as we have been preaching (and practising!) for ever, so we have no argument with them! “Slim your bin” is the slogan and we have agreed to assist in their promotion as much as possible.  We will email all on the BRAG distribution list and distribute leaflets where and whenever possible – Hugh set the ball rolling with volunteering to leaflet the Dock.  Links to the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/westlondonrubbishdiet and their website: http://www.therubbishdiet.org.uk where people can sign up to the challenge. These can also be used on local websites and networks. Catharine will add them to the BRAG website. We will also promote when we have our stall at the Market and Adam may even come along to sign people up.
