Apologies for Absence:, Michelle Aspinall-Baker, Paul Richens, Andrew Dakers, Kath Richardson, Sam Thomas, Canal and River Trust, Thomas Burgess, LBH
Noticeboard: Patti has still to contact Morrisons about the missing noticeboard. It is outrageous that they removed it without notifying us of their intention and giving us the opportunity to relocate it. Last time Louisa spoke to them they intimated that they would look into it. LP PH
BRENTFORD MARKET: We had a very successful day on 26th at the Market sharing Brentford Works stand.  100 bags were distributed! Photographs have been loaded on Flickr. We are running out of Sundays before Christmas, we will try to get a date in December if we can.  Otherwise, we’ll do it in the new year. ALL
AGM: As you all know, this will be on Tuesday 18th November at 7:00 pm at the Docking Station, 108 High Street, Brentford.  The invitations have been sent. We hope for good attendance – the refreshments have been organised! Patti to check if screen, projector etc are available. ALL
THE RUBBISH DIET: We will also help promote when we have our next stall at the Market and Adam Paul will come along to sign people up. Douglas will try to find some useful websites which they may wish to contact to publicise their messages. ALL
