1 Minutes of last meeting agreed.  
2 Apologies for Absence: Paul Richens, Andrew Dakers, Douglas Benford, Sheila Churchill, Kath Richardson, Sam Thomas, Canal and River Trust  
3 Noticeboard:  Issues regarding planning permission to install an additional noticeboard in the selected site.  Hugh will discuss with Steve Curran. HP
4 Marie Curie Coffee Mornings: These continue to be held every month in the Brentford Dock club room to raise funds for Marie Curie. The next one will be on Monday 19th February from 10:30 to 12:30.   All are welcome! ALL
5 Soup Lunches: Also held at Brentford Dock club room on the 4th Thursday of every month from 1:00 to 2:30, next one 22nd February. Tasty, healthy homemade soup, bread and cake! ALL
6 Restart Project:   Next event will probably take place in April at Cathja on the High Street.  Information notices will be posted in the library and on the BRAG and TW8 websites. Further information about the Restart Project may be found at: https://therestartproject.org/RestartParty/ ALL
7 Marie Curie Supper Club: The first of these events took place in the Residents’ Club Room at Brentford Dock on Friday 19th January at 8:00 pm. The ladies prepared a delicious home cooked three course meal for £12:50 – BYO wine! Virginia, Catharine and Patti attended and proclaimed it a great success! Leigh and her team worked very hard and we hope that considerable funds were raised!  
8 Repair Tips: We have heard some very useful tips on how to repair all sorts of items.  It was suggested that we might make a feature of these and post them on the website. So please submit any ideas along with links to websites where applicable. ALL
9 Donate your surplus materials: There is an organisation called Work and Play Scrapstore, https://www.workandplayscrapstore.org.uk/donations. They are interested in both commercial and domestic donations of paper, fabric, card, plastic, widgets, buttons, trimmings, bubble wrap, foam, paint, carpet samples, wallpaper, fine wire, tubing, rope, surplus art supplies and window dressings etc – almost anything that is left-over, clean and re-useable and would otherwise go to incineration, land-fill or long-term storage. Please contact them direct if you or anyone you know might have something for them.
