1 Minutes of last meeting agreed.
2 Apologies for Absence: Paul Richens, Andrew Dakers, Kath Richardson, Catharine  Browne, Douglas Benford, Sam Thomas, Canal and River Trust, Sheila Churchill
3 Noticeboard:  Hugh reiterated that the planning application situation to install a noticeboard in the selected site has been resolved and the notice board will be forthcoming. HP
4 Restart Project: These events are proving popular and will continue to be arranged.  The next one in Brentford will probably be at the beginning of next year.  In the meantime, find information on this subject at: https://therestartproject.org/RestartParty/ ALL
5 Disability Network/Open House 2018: On Saturday 22 September Brentford and Isleworth Quaker Meeting House, Quakers Lane, London Road, Isleworth TW7 5AZ took part in Open House London.  The weather was not good – heavy rain! – but visitors were welcomed and did visit the impressive allotment!
6 Refuse and Recycling: Catharine has prepared an article for the website incorporating the information Guy has provided following our request for clarification of the mixed messages we have been receiving recently.  Thank you, Guy! ALL
7 A Plastic Ocean:  Friends of the Earth is offering local groups the chance to show the film “A Plastic Ocean”. This documentary explores the fragile state of our oceans, discovers alarming truths about plastic pollution, and reveals working solutions that can be put into immediate effect. Also available are five short films about plastic pollution. Ealing Friends of the Earth is looking into the possibility of hosting a film show. ALL
8 Annual General Meeting: The date agreed is Wednesday 14th November to start at 7:00 pm. Hugh has reserved the Brentford Dock Residents’ club room for the occasion. Speakers to be invited – any requests or suggestions welcome. Councillors and members of Hounslow’s recycling team will also be invited. ALL
9 Marie Curie Coffee Mornings: These continue to be held every month in the Brentford Dock club room to raise funds for Marie Curie. The next one will be on Monday 15th October from 10:30 to 12:30.   The Brentford Dock Residents Association have also started producing brunches on the first Wednesday in the month from 11:00 am. All are welcome! ALL
10 Soup Lunches: These are held at Brentford Dock club room on the 4th Thursday of every month  1:00 to 2:30, next one 25th October. Tasty, healthy homemade soup, bread and cake! ALL
