As part of our efforts to #MakeBrentfordGreener we’ve ordered some large containers for Brentford Market Square. They are being delivered on the morning of Saturday 28 March 2020 and we’re organising a community planting project on same morning. Greener Borough – Addressing the Climate Emergency workshop on 8 October

Hounslow Council wants to create a borough where residents feel proud to live and work and which is clean, green and sustainable.  In June 2019 the borough council declared a climate emergency.  This committed the council to develop a climate emergency action plan by December 2019, setting out how the council will work towards becoming carbon neutral, and ultimately zero carbon, as soon as possible.
